Mailbox Freebies: August 11-25th

Won the FRS goodie pack from a Twitter Party they were throwing - I don't think many people were in the party, because I won right away! No complaints here! ;) I dig the energy chews!

The stickers randomly came from Highlights Magazine!

The Hello Toothbrush was from a Facebook giveaway!

The Berenstain Bear book came from Pinecone research - just took a few surveys!

I won another BIC pen from their giveaway last month.

The bottle opener was from Grizzly cigarette company.

Another Zippo lighter from Marlboro.

The amazing bra came from Bali bras and has to be one of my favorite freebies! It has a $36 value and is SOOOOOO comfortable, and I literally was thinking about how I needed a new bra and this came in the mail!

The pens came from Pilot pens just simply because I complimented them on their awesome pens - they emailed back and said they would send me a "sample" and was surprised to find these as their samples. ;)

The first lipstick is from Stylehunters in the the color Mystic Plum.

The second lipstick is from a giveaway I entered from Jafra Cosmetics.

The ear phones were also from Marlboro.

The Venus Olay razor was for the first 1,000 on Facebook - I love Venus! ;) They always give away goodies and you have to be fast! I just won another one last week!

This week I received two giveaway wins in the mail. Ones that were a surprise because I never got a confirmation and some of the things I enter don't let you know until you get in in the mail. My first one was from Oral-B. I remember it being something on their Facebook page where the first 5,000 people to upload a picture of them flossing (?) would win a bag of Oral-B swag! When I got it in the mail, I kept thinking that I didn't even know I actually went through and submitted my picture. I remember taking it with Truman, but wasn't really thrilled on any that turned out! But, receiving the swag showed I did! (Duh!)

The second surprise was from Kiss Nails. I always enter these things without ever expecting to win, so was so happy when I opened the mail and saw a set of nail stickers! Woohoo! ;) In a way, I really dig not knowing if I win, because when you actually do win it's a complete surprise! 

Free Product Coupons:

• VO5 was having a Facebook giveaway and I won one! Woohoo! 
• I emailed Softlips telling them how much I loved their products and never responded but sent me some awesome coupons including one for a FREE product. I went to CVS today and they had Softlips on clearance for $1.49, so with the four $1 off coupons they sent me, I ended up getting four of them for 50 cents each! Awesome! 
• One of those coupons is from Kraft in regards to a product complaint I sent them, and the other three are for free Gluten free products from Pillsbury! 

The stickers were from joining Oprah's OWN club and they came pretty quick! I think they are pretty neat! These baby lotion samples came from Swaggable! The razor was from a text offer that had been going on for a long time! 

The 4 boxes of Jiffy Mix was sent to me from Jiffy because I emailed them telling how much I enjoy their corn muffin box mix and to thank me they said they would send me another recipe book and 4 boxes of Jiffy! I thought that was so nice of them!!

Being part of survey company's allows for me to do a bunch of product testing. I was happy to qualify for testing of some new Bath & Body perfumes and so I received 4 bottles of no-name scents. I basically have to just test them each out for a couple days and fill out a home diary! So far the #500 has been my favorite, but have only smelled 2 of the 4. They ask that we not smell the scents ahead of time! I love product testing!

Sometime a week ago, I was on twitter just hashtagging for free samples (haha, what?) and I came across the company Bai. Never heard of them, but they tweeted about free samples and if anyone was interested all we would have to do is send them a message. I became genuinely interested in the product and trying them out when I saw what they were. I thought at first they were some weight supplement drink, which I am not into, but they are more like Vitamin Water and I enjoy flavored waters! Then, I was pretty surprised when I received an alert from Fedex saying I was getting a package that weighed 9 pounds! And even more surprised when I got the box and inside was EIGHT 18 fl. oz bottles of their Bai5 products in 8 different flavors!  Thus far I have tried 3 of the 8 - the lemon, clementine, and dragon fruit and by far my favorite is the clementine! Some flavors I am a little weary of, mainly because I don't really care for blueberry flavored drinks. I think it was so nice of them to send me this though and a really good marketing idea, especially if it's a newer company (which, I don't really know how long they've been around, but I had never heard of them!) What's even more crazy is that days after receiving this package, I received another Fedex alert saying I was getting another 9lb package from Bai that is expected to arrive TODAY! I don't know if there was some sort of miscommunication and two people sent out something to me or if there's an error by FedEx and I don't really have something coming, but we will see, but that would certainly be pretty awesome if I did have another package from them with 8 more flavors! ;)

I am going to Chicago for the 4th of July on Wednesday until Sunday and I decided to put a hold on my mail through the post office, mainly because I knew that I'd be getting a bunch of things in the mail, especially magazines because although I constantly get them, it seems the first of the month is usually when TONS more come all at once. Anyways, I just didn't want my mailman to shove everything in there and ruin things. Imagine the stuff I will have waiting for me on Monday! I will have to take a picture! ;)

Just like last year, CVS's MinuteClinic was giving away a coupon for FREE CVS Brand Body wash! Value: $4.00 

I got the Fancy Feast off of their Facebook page and also came with some coupons! I can't remember where I got the Cascadian Farms sample from! Cute little box though! ;)

The Dr. Scholls Gel Insoles are from my newest BzzAgent campaign. I'm pretty excited to try these out as I have never worn them before or anything in my shoes and it's really perfect timing since my feet have been killing me lately (for some reason?). It also came with 8 $4.00 off coupons!

The Ovaltine, I have gotten before but never actually got around to try, but this time I hope to make it a point to check it out. I love chocolate milk!

The Scents garbage bags (Vanilla scented) came from their Facebook page - I love scented garbage bags!

The dog leash and pedometer I feel like was from some dog food company off their Facebook page. I know I should be better at remembering my freebies, that's why I have begun to write them down. Not that it would matter because by the time I post a new freebie entry, they are most likely not available anymore, but it allows me to not have to constantly say "I can't remember.."

Freebies! May 13 - May 25th!

I've been meaning to post my newest freebies for days, so this is the last two weeks of freebies! Most of them came in the mail, but I also included 'no obligation coupon freebies.'

I can't remember how I ended up with the Child Safety gadgets, but I figured that having a 4 month old, we would soon be needing these! They came from Proctor & Gamble!

Libman cleaning company was having a month long giveway where you would have to enter daily to see if you instantly won. I probably entered daily 85% of the time and finally won this mop refill pad in probably the last week! Just goes to show that determination pays off! Value: $8.00

I got the pint glass from Marlboro and you could customize it, although hard to see, as well.

One of my favorite freebies so far is this 36 pack of BIC Mark-It Permanent Markers. I was accepted into a Smiley360 mission and was so excited! I received a craft project along with it, which was decorating a magnet frame. Besides the markers, it came with some stickers and glitter glue pens! Totally awesome! Value: $17.00

Speaking of Smiley360: around this time I was also accepted into another mission for Aveeno Shampoo & Conditioner for Dandruff Control. I was on a roll with Smiley360 - I am currently in 7 active missions! They sent me coupons for one free conditioner and shampoo (9.49 value each) and I purchased them at Target. BUT, not without problems. I swear I tried looking for these about three times or something wouldn't work. I went to CVS and couldn't find them. I went to Walgreens and the dude couldn't get the coupon to work and there was a line so I just left without them, and then I finally got them at Target, but then the checkout girl was new (I think) and didn't understand coupons really well, and yeah. I ended up having to go to the service counter to get a refund for the coupon and blah blah blah. Oh well, what is important is that I ended up getting these!

My third Smiley360 of the week was for the Bonine chewable tablet. I received 5 two pack samples that helps with motion sickness. I am actually pretty excited to be able to try these, because I suffer from pretty frequent motion sickness. I can't even go around a highway ramp without feeling ill sometimes. Then, there is the Olay Fresh Effects face cleanser sample. I love the packaging on this new Olay line of products. I can get a couple uses out of these and is great for traveling!

I received 3 Nexcare band aids from their Facebook page.

Finally, the WAFU Japanese Wasabi Edamame Salad Dressing from Swaggable.com. I didn't "want" this product in my profile, but I wasn't going to say No in the hopes that someone would enjoy this sample! I am not a fan of hot things or salad dressing, but it's still a fun freebie!

Now I wasn't sure if I should post these in my freebies post because they didn't come in the mail, but they were completely free products that I had coupons for with no obligation to purchase anything, or any other hidden trick.

The Colgate Max Fresh toothpaste I picked up from the Dollar Tree - where everything is $1 and I had a $1 off printable coupon, making them completely free! When I received the Purina One cat food sample a couple weeks ago, they included a coupon for a free can of wet food. The Friskie's Rise & Shine was free from a coupon I received off their Facebook page! Value: $4.00
